There is always a couple of questions people have after booking their holiday let apartment or just before they come to visit Hastings. we have provided a few of the most commonly asked questions below but if this still not answer your question pleas feel free to contact us

  • Where are the full Terms & Conditions of bookings?

  • How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments can also be made direct by bank transfer with no additional cost, please get in touch if this is your preferred method.
  • How long can I book for?
Stays can be from 2 nights to 3 months depending on your requirements, for long term stays contact us for the best rates.
  • Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?
Guests pay 50% of the cost at the time of booking, this is non refundable. special circumstances will be considered on an individual basis by getting in touch with us.
  • How do I collect the keys?
Details will be sent to you at least 48 hours before check-in as long as you have paid in full for your stay.
  • Where do I return the keys?
We have a specific box and you will be guided accordingly.
  • What time is check in?
Check in is from 3pm
  • What time is check out?
Check out is at 11.00 am sharp. (Later check out may be available subject to availability and at an additional cost)
  • What is the Wi-Fi password?
The Wi-Fi code can be found on the base of the router and on the welcome information found in the property.
  • What parking is available?
Parking is available at some of our properties, or at paid car parks at others, details of parking will be sent to you along with instructions of how to access the holiday rental property
  • Is there lift access to the apartments?
Some of our apartments do have lifts but many do not, if you are unable to cope with too many stairs please get in touch to check before you book.
  • Is there room service available?
No, our Apartments are self-catering with fully equipped kitchens for you to use.
  • How many can you accommodate per apartment?
Each apartment is different and we cater for different amounts of guests, this is always stated on the listing how many guest we can accommodate in each rental apartment. This number can never be exceeded
  • Are there toiletries included?
Yes, we provide hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for your stay.
  • Are there tea, coffee etc.?
In each apartment we provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and a few cooking condiments.
